All tour bookings and vehicle allocations are confirmed upon receipt of advance token payment as agreed in the official quote. Vouchers and driver contacts are shared 24 hours prior to travel.
Cancellations initiated more than 15 days prior to arrival are eligible for refunds subject to hotel and transporter cancellation policies. Unforeseen temple closures or natural weather disruptions are handled in accordance with local administrative directives.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
